At LD&D, Inc. we strive to sell quality merchandise. All of our products carry a guarantee for material quality and workmanship.
If you find a defect with an item, please call our customer service department for repair or replacement. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 45 days of purchase.
Please make sure to keep your documentation and return the item in its original packaging. LD&D, Inc. will not assume the transportation charges for any items returned by courier, USPS or other unless specifically agreed upon beforehand for products purchased through LD&D, Inc.
Please call our service department to obtain a RMA prior to shipment. All
returns must have a RMA to be considered for return or replacement.
Warranty: The warranty delivered to
LD&D, INC. by the manufacturer or other supplier thereof shall be the sole
warranty, express or implied of the product purchased, unless specifically
warranted by LD&D, INC. Under no circumstances shall LD&D, INC.'s liability
exceed the cost of the defective or damaged product. Product registration for
the commencement or extension of warranty is sole responsibility of buyer.
Warranties may not be honored if warranty registration by the end-user is not
completed. Extended warranties may be available for some products, please
inquire.
