Wind Dancer Spire Conversion

This upgrade to the Wind Dancer banner display, allows a standard Wind Dancer unit to be converted to a double-sided "V" shaped banner. Allow 2" for #3 grommets along the top and bottom edges of graphic.
Not intended for outdoor use.
